So, essentially, if we pay attention to (and consciously flag) phrases like "all the time", "every time", "always", "none", no one", "never" we should find our way to balance. All such terms arise from binary thinking—the curse of modern politics, religion and relationship. The beneficiaries of such thinking are, of course, the advertisers and those that would otherwise seek to control the masses. Nuance is politically dangerous, and financially unprofitable.

It's also about the ways we look out for other people 'saying' always and 'never' but without saying it. It's hidden in their speech and assumptions and it's on us to articulate that agile is about a good articulation and navigation of nuance.

Oh yes, very good point. Our language is riddled with unspoken assumptions and manipulation. This, of course, doesn't only apply to "Agile". It is the culture of our times.
